WHAT WE OFFER

Dental Implants

A dental implant is a dental device that is placed in your jaw bone to replace a missing tooth. Implants can be used to support a single crown or bridge, or a larger restoration such as a denture. As a permanent replacement, dental implants are a financial investment in your long-term dental health.

How implants work

The dental implants look like tiny metal screws. They are made from titanium, which bonds easily with bone. The implant is surgically placed into your jawbone at the site of the missing tooth where it integrates with the surrounding bone to form a strong natural bond. Once the implant is healed and fully bonded, a crown or other restoration is attached to it.

Am I a candidate for implant placement?

There are a couple of factors that determine whether an implant is right for you. First, you need to have enough existing bone to support the implant. In cases where the bone is weak or insufficient, a bone graft can be used to strengthen the area. Another important factor is determining the right type of restoration - whether you are replacing a single tooth, multiple teeth, or an entire arch. Finally, there is the cost. Implant placement is a long-term investment, and we will work with you to find the best solution for your budget.
